Our Terms and Conditions

We want to ensure a high standard of service is offered by us when ordering so please ensure you read our terms and conditions carefully to avoid any confusion.

When ordering a bouquet or arrangement through us we will endeavour to carry out your order to the highest quality, which may mean on occasion substituting flowers that do not meet our standards or are unavailable to order. We will be sure to communicate any changes with you if necessary.

Please ensure all names and details that you pass on to us are correct as we will not be held responsible if these are incorrect. This is especially important with funerals, event work and wedding work.

If you are ordering wedding or event flowers through us you will be given a separate terms and conditions document that must be signed at the time of booking.

All orders must be paid for in advance and will not be confirmed until payment has been made.

We provide delivery for our luxury bouquets within the Ashford and Hythe districts. If you are unsure of whether we deliver to your area please get in contact with us before placing an order to avoid disappointment. We do not give specified time slots for delivery of our bouquets but do try to accommodate AM/PM deliveries where possible.

Funerals are delivered within Ashford and Hythe and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure of our delivery area please do contact us.

Wedding and event flowers are delivered within Kent and on occasion further afield if previously discussed with ourselves. Please contact us for our wedding and event terms and conditions and for more information regarding deliveries and set up of weddings.

You have the right to cancel an order placed with us before we order from the grower/wholesaler. Once we have ordered your flowers from the grower/wholesaler we are unable to cancel your order.

Refunds may be given at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline a refund if our terms and conditions have not been met. Please contact us in person if you have any queries regarding refunds.

We do not offer a returns policy on any order.
